Since 1939, Police Post 415 has been one of the very few American Legion Posts nationwide made up of only employees from one police department. The American Legion is the nation\u2019s largest veteran service organization and the Milwaukee Police Post has won state and national awards for our service on the local level and has been active in leadership at the District and State levels.
